Flat PF
In Blumenau, Santa Catarina, inspiration came from the outside to the inside: the environments are an extension of the external area framed through the frames. The apartment had its layout completely redesigned. In addition to the integration of the balconies, one of the suites was transformed into a kitchen and the bathroom gave way to the new toilet and a larger bathroom in the double bedroom. The previous toilet was removed and the area is now part of the entrance hall. On a timeless basis, highlighting the ribbed slab, concrete plates, metal structure and slatted panels, the aesthetic and finishing solutions make the connection between the environments. The natural wood floor is like a rug that lets the natural vegetation in and breaks the rigidity of shapes and colors. With natural lighting invading the apartment, it is the contrast between light and dark that separates the sophisticated from the irreverent solutions, accommodating the look where it finds balance.
