The main intervention in the project was changing the staircase to a sculptural one, becaming the central element in the composition of the social area. The Italian porcelain floor and the walls covered in natural wood veneer created a balance between the visual coldness of the lighter floor with the warmth of the American Oak wood. The furniture curation was made to bring comfort and simplicity, leaving the painting by artist Andre Mendes as the focal point for the project.
