Cosmopolitan and urban, visual permeability is what enchants the environment – the colors and heights of neighboring buildings dictated part of the design interventions. The floor plan and slab are contrasting, mixing the rustic of the concrete with the sophistication of the wood, while the rest neutralizes and creates a smooth center, with only the difference between white and black. The furniture is, for the most part, loose in the space: the work table is a large island, while the meeting table, bookcase and wooden bench have an appeal to design. With an unconventional language, the lighting is present only as a tear in the wall and hanging over the tables. The solutions are serious and relaxed, playful and refined – a concept of balance.
